Mini Martial Arts

Ages 4-7 years old, our Mini Martial Arts program will introduce your child to the fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu & Wrestling while learning self discipline, respect, focus, coordination and build confidence in a fun and exciting family atmosphere.

Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu & Submission Wrestling

Your child will learn about the cultures and techniques of Brazilian jiu-jitsu and Wrestling in a safe and family environment, where they learn how to defend themselves on the ground. (Practicing takedowns, controlling & transitioning through positions, learning submissions and more).

Kids Striking

Ages 8-13 years old, Our kids striking program is a blend of techniques from multiple striking arts (Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Boxing & TaeKwonDo) all wrapped into one structured program where your child will also learn self-discipline, respect and build confidence while making friends and having a lot of fun!

Adult Brazilian Jiu Jitsu & Submission Wrestling

Ages 14 years old and up, Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Submission Wrestling program is a ground-self defense system that emphasises techniques for getting the match to the ground, controlling and submitting opponents. Our classes comprise of a warm-up, technique demonstrations, drilling, and live sparring.

Adult Striking

Ages 14 years old and up, Our adult striking program is a blend of techniques from multiple striking arts (Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Boxing & TaeKwonDo) all wrapped into one structured program, instructed by high-level coaches and professional athletes, you are sure to rapidly grow your skill set and get into great physical shape!

Mixed Martial Arts

Our Saint Catharines Mixed Martial arts program is where we put it all together. You will learn to mix your striking with takedowns, submissions with ground and pound, getting to your feet when stuck on your back, wall wrestling and everything in between.

Combat Fitness

This fun, positive and full of energy class is different from anything you have ever tried before. During our structured combat fitness classes we do fun individual and partner exercises where we condition and strengthen all parts of the body. We incorporate Boxing, Kickboxing and Mixed Martial Arts exercises (Don’t worry, there is ZERO contact) as well as body weight, HIIT and circuit training. We keep it fun and exciting with new workouts each class while getting you into the best shape of your life!
